REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification/Degree in Human Resources or Marketing Required.
• Hands on experience with Marketing and Recruitment.
• Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
• Works well in a team environment, but also displays initiative and must be able to work independently.
• Should be available to work full time.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.

JOB DUTIES:

• Recruitment: Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc. Advertising and soliciting resumes from qualified candidates, screening resumes and applications for suitability; conducting initial screening interviews, both telephone and personal.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans.
• Answer incoming calls and address those needs/requirements appropriately.
