Shines Energy continues to grow and is looking for HVAC / Refrigeration Apprentices to join our dynamic company. Shines offers Heating and Ventilation (HVAC) services to the residential and light commercial marketplace. We service the Halifax and surrounding areas and are based out of Burnside Industrial Park. We sell many of our products through two Costco stores, the largest retailer in North America. We are busy and we are growing fast and are looking for responsible, presentable and confident HVAC technicians.

We take our work seriously and demand excellence with every install or service call. You should be a detail-oriented person who enjoys working with the customer and end user of the equipment we sell, install and service. We try to have fun and enjoy what we do. We have a full medical and dental plan and have a paid vacation plan as well as a bonus plan. We have a full audited safety program and take every employees health and well being seriously.
