Goudreau Personnel by Swinton Ltd. is currently recruiting for five (5) Industrial Millwrights for three (3) different customers at three (3) different locations. All roles are Direct Hire's with immediate benefits in the Windsor-Essex County area.

EMPLOYER #1

Location: Harrow, ON

Shifts:Continental Shift - Days - 7:00 a.m - 7:00 p.m & Midnights - 7:00 p.m - 7:00 a.m or Steady Midnights (Oiler / Greaser)

Compensation: $44-55.00 / hour ($29.50/hour + incentive - incentive can range from $15-25/hour +/-), full benefits, pension, bonuses, tuition reimbursements, tool/boot allowances, etc.

EMPLOYER #2 (Unionized)

Location: Windsor, ON

Shifts: Days/Afternoons swing

Compensation: $37.66/hour + full benefits package + $500/year tooling allowance + $750/yr COLA + $175 for safety boots + $200/yr prescription safety glasses + .80/hour afternoon shift premium + 4 PPH days + RRSP contribution (.75/hour) *Overtime after 40 hours/week / Double time on Sundays

EMPLOYER #3 (Unionized)

Location: Windsor, ON

Shifts: Steady Midnights

Compensation: $38.22 + $1.25/hr midnight shift premium + full benefits (after 90 days) + profit sharing + company match RRSP

• Safety Shoe allowance - 2 pairs/year (after 90 days)
• Tool Allowance - $300/year (after 90 days)
• Uniforms and laundering provided
• Four (4) Floating Holidays (based on calendar year)

EMPLOYER #4 (Unionized)

Location: Chatham-Kent, ON.

Shifts: Continental 12 hour shift.

Compensation: $35.28/hr + $0.90/$1.20/hr shift premiums. $0.50/hr COLA. Comprehensive benefits package, RRSP, etc.
