Levac Supply Ltd. is a family-owned business that is a leading provider of industrial products, safety supplies, equipment, outsourced services, safety training and consulting. The company was founded in 1965 and remains committed to serving Eastern Ontario’s small, medium, and large businesses, institutions and all levels of government. We are now hiring a full-time Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our Client-Care Team.

The Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative will assist the Levac team of sales professionals in servicing existing customers and developing new customer relationships. As a team player, you have a background working with or representing industrial products and equipment. This role will focus on:

  • Assisting outside sales representatives with quotations, customer requests and order processing;
  • Reacting promptly to phone calls, emails from customers, branch “walk-ins” and supporting colleagues;
  • Preparing proposals and quotes that address specific customer needs including a cost-benefit analysis when applicable;
  • Participating in external field work such as Vendor Management Inventory service calls and outside sales meetings;
  • Coordinating product orders and delivery to meet client priorities and expectations;
  • Providing support in sourcing new or alternate products;
  • Informing specific customer segments about Levac promotions, using social media, email and outbound telephone calls.

Qualifications:

  • An energetic and positive individual who is committed to service, teamwork, product knowledge and lifelong learning;
  • Experience representing industrial products and brands would be an asset;
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or engineering would be an asset;
  • A valid driver’s license and good driving record.
