About the Role

We’re looking for an individual to support the needs of our Life & Wealth Management division. The successful candidate will work with Sales Producers as well as external partners to help our clients find the best solutions using a number of analytical tools and approaches.


What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Sales Producers on products and insurance solutions for client satisfaction
  • Work with carriers and external partners to obtain quotes and explore different product solutions.
  • Use different sales proposals templates to deliver accurate information on a variety of life and living benefit insurance products
  • Compare vast product types for clients to communicate the positives and negatives
  • Run illustrations for all product lines using carrier software.
  • Input values from illustrations into different proposal templates for the delivery to clients.
  • Complete renewal projects to capture client’s term and critical illness renewals.
  • Assist team with prepping material for meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • LLQP license would be considered an asset
  • Typically, more than three years of industry and product line experience
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced & demanding environment
  • Microsoft Office knowledge is essential, with an expert focus in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail while working with numbers and spreadsheets
  • Sound knowledge of industry trends as well as insurance carrier products and services is a plus (i.e., RBC, Manulife, Canada Life, etc.)
  • Strong team player who can work well with internal and external partners
  • Problem-solving ability, who can also work independently at times
