We service, install and inspect operable walls, roll up doors, playground equipment, physical education equipment, retractable stages and public seating systems. All our clients are school boards, universities/colleges, municipalities, or athletic facilities. All work is done on site and all sites are non-smoking facilities hence we are only looking for non-smokers. We work a 35 - 44 hr work.

Requirements include:

(A) Completion of secondary school

(B) Must have experience working with hand and power tools,

(C) Experience working at heights would be an asset

(C) Excellent driving record, must have had a Class G or greater license for a minimum of 5 years (clean driver’s abstract).

(D) Fluent English is a must (spelling and legible printing/writing are very important). Work can require either completion of handwritten service reports or, sometimes, entry on an iPad

(E) Attention to detail is important and the ability to stay focused on the task at hand.

(F) Physically fit as position requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs, carry a 30ft extension ladder and work off scaffold/ladders/aerial work platforms at heights up to 40 ft.

Preference will be given to candidates with construction experience and/or a mechanical aptitude. There is out of town travel required. Employees are out of town approximately 45 days a year. Most out of town travel is for one night however it can be up to 4 nights at a time. While out of town hotel (2 men per room), service vehicle and a $50 per night meal per diem are provided.

This Newmarket / Bradford area position is for someone who is looking for a long term job. Salary range is $24.00 - $27.00 per hour. Wage to be reviewed annually on the anniversary of the employee's start date.

• When not out of town, our day starts at 6:00am at our shop in Holland Landing. Is our location and / or start time going to be a problem for you? Typically Toronto, Whitby, Mississauga, north of Barrie, Brampton and north of Beaverton are a one hour drive from the shop.
• Position is physically demanding. During an installation there is the unloading of steel and boxes from the tractor trailer and bringing them into the job site. You can not use a forklift on a gym floor. Carrying hundreds of parts / boxes up to the balcony area. Installation and servicing of manual partitions requires installing heavy panels into a track system. This position needs a person who is physically fit. Some days you will be on your feet for 10 hours going up and down stairs and climbing extension ladders. Other days, you will spend the majority of your day on your knees drilling holes and installing anchors for theatre seating. Do you believe you are capable of this level of activity 4 days in a row?
