About the Role

Our Personal lines Back End Support Team (BEST) has an immediate need to add a Processor to the Keying Team. We’re looking for a strong team player who will learn and grow in an industry that is certain to provide a challenge.


What You’ll Do

  • Policy entry via company portals for new business, endorsements and cancellations.
  • Communication with sales and service division.
  • Follow underwriting best practices dictated by various companies represented
  • Working with in house processing team and prioritizing workload based on the team needs as a whole
  • Administrative Duties as assigned
  • Effectively prioritize and manage numerous inquiries simultaneously

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education – An insurance diploma is an asset
  • Some customer service and/or admin experience is an asset – preferably in an insurance environment
  • Knowledge of personal lines billing and payment options is an asset
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively
  • Good organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment.
  • Quick learner and comfortable in an uncertain/changing environment
  • Experience with EPIC or other industry software is an asset
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • RIBO license is an asset or working towards RIBO
