Journeyperson Automotive Technician (Recon) Saskatoon, SK Job at FFUN Group

FFUN Group Saskatoon, SK

Seeking Journeyperson Automotive Technician
to earn $100,000/year or more by doing exactly what you love…

(and very little of what you do not)

The story…

The FFUN Group is one of Canada’s fastest growing brands in the automotive retail space. And we are looking for talent.

FFUN Recon is the newest division in the FFUN GROUP, tasked with buying, transporting, reconditioning, photographing and distributing used vehicles to our network of brick-and-mortar and online stores. And we are looking for a Journeyperson Automotive Technician to join our growing team.

And we pay well. Very well…

That’s nice, but what’s the job?

Bumper-to-bumper inspection, diagnostic, repair and part-replacement on light-duty vehicles of all makes and models. And the best part: no customers, ever.

Just you doing what you do best! Fixing Cars!

And you’ll never have to conduct warranty repairs or wait for work. We are a production facility, with a never-ending supply of vehicles to repair. So, the only limit to how much you can make is… you.

Alright, what else?

Mechanically inspect vehicles for safety and drivability, documenting your findings in Rapid Recon, our reconditioning platform.

Then conduct repairs and test drive vehicles to ensure repairs are successful.

You must be proficient in engines, brakes, steering, suspension, drivetrain, electrical, ignition, and exhaust systems.

FTR Certification an asset.

Perks? Yeah, we have those too…

  • Flat rate, on a sliding scale. So, the more you produce, the more you earn. Top techs make 6-figures. Easy.
  • Not customer driven. There is always work. There is no upselling. There is no ‘finding’ work for revenue. Or work done by you that you will not be paid for. Just you fixing cars and making bank. The way you always wished it could be…
  • Medical, dental and vision coverage to keep you in tip-top shape.
  • Life and disability coverage for your peace of mind.
  • Consistent work schedule with great work/life balance. We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday, so weekends are for your friends, family and fun!
  • Group Retirement Savings Plan – Employer-Employee matched contributions because we care about your future financial security.
  • Discounted Gym membership with Goodlife and Motion Fitness to keep you looking, feeling and performing your best.
  • Employee pricing on vehicles! Cost plus $500. To keep you rolling in style…
  • Growth opportunities. We are driven to grow and promote from within. And we provide professional development plans, because the company grows when you grow.
  • Life Insurance Program. We care about you and your family, today and in the future, offering up to 20x your income in life insurance
