Journeyperson Pipefitter (FT) Job at Matrix Labour Leasing Ltd.
Please note this is NOT a fly-in/fly our job and it is NOT a camp position
The pay rate is $60.11/hr.
** Night shift premium: $3.07 between the hours of 7pm and 7am.**
Shifts (days/nights, start times, etc.)
- 6 days on, 1 off (Sunday off)
- Day: 7am-5:30pm
- Nights: 6:30pm-4:30am
- 10-hour shifts (all OT is DT)
Duties include but are not limited to:
You will perform duties that include but are not limited to the maintenance portion of equipment isolations (installation of blanks), equipment repair (heat exchangers, piping systems), new piping installation, and rigging.
You will work mostly outdoors in all-weather conditions and are willing to adapt to the required working hours as they evolve, including night shifts and weekends.
- Preference will be given to those candidates with a valid Safety Construction Orientation Training (SCOT) certificate. - Due to the nature of the work, a positive safety attitude is required.

- You believe in collaboration, building relationships, and value the perspectives of others.
- Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
Qualifications:
- Certified Journeyperson and/or have an Interprovincial Red Seal Certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of Pipefitting experience.
- CSTS, SCOT, or PST (preferred).
