Jr Coordinator Job at Bursey Excavating & Development Inc
As a Jr Coordinator you will work along side the Superintendent and Project Manager and your task can include but not limited to:
- Shop drawings submittal, and maintaining logs
- Daily work reports
- Sourcing of materials and ensuring delivery to site meets the project schedule deadlines
- Tracking of costs and production
- Scheduling and tracking of all Quality Control aspects of the project.
- Coordinating and scheduling crews and equipment for project sites
- Project documentation

You should have:
- Civil Engineering Technology or similar program
- Familiar with project scheduling
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Resourceful, takes initiative and is flexible to changing work requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Reliable and takes ownership for their work
- Be comfortable working with Microsoft project, excel
- Must have full valid driver’s license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gander, NL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Civil Construction: 2 years (preferred)
