Kildare Renovations is looking to hire an Office Administrator to help its growing business. Kildare is a Custom Renovations Specialist construction company focusing on commercial and residential properties, from kitchen renovations to commercial buildings to single-family homes. No matter the size of the project, their goal is to deliver something exceptional every time.

The Role

  • Performing accounting and bookkeeping tasks and upkeep using Quickbooks software
  • Performing a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • Updating and maintaining our client database and expense accounts
  • Overseeing the invoice and billing workflow and processes
  • Assisting the CEO with day-to-day errands and tasks to support the business
  • Perform other tasks as necessary

The Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset but is not required
  • Experience using Quickbooks or a similar accounting software
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Problem solving skills
  • Superb communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Multitasking abilities
