Chef de Partie Qualifications:

  • You have minimum 2 years of restaurant Line and/or Prep Cook experience (in a comparable full-service restaurant environment)
  • You may have previous Kitchen Supervisory experience
  • You have or are interested in developing strong leadership abilities & looking for growth
  • You have strong organization & time management skills
  • You are passionate about food & culinary excellence
  • You are driven, you take initiative & you never turn your head from a standard
  • You know success comes from dedication & hard work, which you do not shy away from
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You are able to work days, nights, weekends & holidays (in a full-time capacity)
  • You may be interested in working towards your Red Seal

Chef de Partie Earnings & Perks:
