Job description
Crown Pipeline Ltd has openings for General Labourer positions. The General Labourer is responsible for day-to-day duties on site needed to complete work in a safe and timely fashion while maintaining a clean work site.
Qualifications
· Hold a valid class 5 license
· Own means of transportation
· Own steel toe boots (remaining PPE with be provided)
· General labour experience (asset)
· Utility experience (asset)
· Positive attitude, prepared for work every morning
· Basic comprehension and ability to follow Crown Pipeline’s Workplace Health and Safety requirements
· Strong work ethic and willingness to persevere through difficult weather conditions and long demanding days
Duties and Responsibilities
· Ensure all Crown Pipeline safety policy and procedures are followed
· Adhere to any site-specific safety requirements
· Partake in all safety related meetings
· Digging
· Sweeping
· Working alongside heavy equipment and operators
· Be familiar and have an understanding of power and small tools
· Work in outdoor environment
· Other related duties as required
· Minimum 45-hour work week with possible overtime
