OVERVIEW

Vertex is currently accepting applications for High Pressure Labourers for a turnaround project that is running from May 29th to June 7th. The successful candidates must have experience working with pressure up to 20k and be able to complete various tasks in the field.

Position: High Pressure Labourers

Compensation: Experience based/ OT after 8 hours

Schedule: Project starting May 29th thru to June 7th, day and night shifts

Site Location: Lloydminster, AB

Accommodation and Meal Allowance provided for those that are not local to Lloydminster

EXPERIENCE

• Must have experience working with 20k high pressure
• Knowledge using XLTC line cleaning tools, 3D and 2D tools

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the safety program by ensuring all company and customer policies & procedures are adhered to
• Attendance and participation in toolbox talk and safety meetings, FLRA’s, hazard assessment development, pre-trips/post-trips
• Willing to work as a team player with coworkers, contractors, and customers
• Able to demonstrate competent operation of equipment
• Ensure customer and client satisfaction by always providing excellent customer service
• Follow all local, provincial and federal compliance regulations and rules
• Ensure all training requirements are up to date and current
• Perform maintenance on units to ensure cleanliness and efficient operation
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork and documentation properly within set timelines; this includes daily logs, waste manifests etc.
• Travel is required and driving will occur in all weather conditions to various customer and/or Vertex worksites
• Ability to lift heavy tools and parts
• Must be able to work at heights of more than 6 feet
