Shift Time for Lead Hand:

· Monday to Friday

· 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Responsibilities for Lead Hand:

· Oversee and direct all packaging personnel.

· Delegate staff to the metal kettle as needed.

· Will have the responsibility to ensure the workflow throughout the entire operation is consistent and efficient.

· Efficiency is maintained in the packaging area, all customer material should be monitored and verified to meet company standards and must be thoroughly checked and approved by oneself before leaving the packaging department.

· All personnel in the packaging area must be observed and monitored including the forklift driver.

· All tasks and checklists are to be completed and to be revised by management on a daily basis (forklift, crane etc.)

· All data is to be inputted on an ongoing basis, for Scheduler to retrieve.

· The major role is to oversee packaging and quality.

Requirements for Lead Hand:

· Should have a strong leadership background and must understand the importance of delegation and organization.

· Should also have a vast knowledge of the galvanizing process and the ASTM A123/A123M standards.

· Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.

Pay Rate for Lead Hand:

· $26.78 plus $0.75 shift premium

· Paid weekly, every Friday
