Description:

Reporting to the Materials Management Lead, the LEM (Labour Equipment & Material) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the EPC Contractor’s site Materials Management and LEM Process. Ensuring that daily activities are tracked, recorded and reported while validating the information is current and accurate.

DAILY DUTIES

• Management of the LEM and Materials Management processes.
• Collection, validation and uploading of EPC Contractor daily LEMs.
• Maintain contractual rates, equipment and personnel in LEMs System.
• Coordinate with the EPC and Other contractors to resolve all LEM related issues.
• Maintain project issues log, provide solutions where applicable and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with EPC and TMEP Construction Management to provide support as needed.
• Support the SCM (Supply Chain Manager) and Claim Manager with various site related documents.
• Verify Contractor Materials and receive reports.
• Manage Materials disposition process.
• Participate in all site meetings.
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Reviewing all of the invoices and make sure everything is matching.
• Verifying agreements and contracts are in place.
• Investigating any LEM discrepancies.
• Make sure materials are stored and issued to contractor properly.
• Produce weekly reports, as well as discrepancy reports, and upload them into SharePoint.
• Deal with various stakeholders, internally and externally (project control, conception management, construction managers, equipment manager, supply chain, etc.).
• Travel to/from Valemount location or other sites throughout BC as required

**Mileage is reimbursed, and candidates will have vehicle allowance. A vehicle can be provided if needed.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of industry (Oil & Gas; Pipeline) experience in Materials Management and LEM Process is essential.
• 5-6 years of general Supply Chain experience or exposure (admin or coordinator working in a supply chain team), within the O&G industry.
• Contracts Management experience.
• Construction knowledge (understanding of equipment, grades, tickets, seals, union environment, general roles for people that are in construction).
• Undergraduate Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, business, or other related discipline.
• Strong Supply Chain background.
• Valid Driver's License.

NICE to HAVES

• University degree.
• Previous experience being a Contracts Lead.
• SCMP Designation.
• Contract admin experience.
