The Lincoln Service Advisor is exclusive to the Lincoln brand and is designed to be the single point of contact for Lincoln clients throughout their entire relationship. The responsibilities include scheduling sales and service appointments (such as pickup & delivery appointments and discovery drives), collaborating closely with other store personnel, identifying client needs, responding to concerns in a professional and timely manner, and delivering the effortless client experience that defines the Lincoln brand. The Lincoln Service Advisor is an essential part of the Lincoln brand promise of warm, human and personally crafted experiences for every client.

Job Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following.)

  • Maintain and build client satisfaction and loyalty

  • Works directly with our Lincoln Team and clients to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process. (Including the Lincoln delivery process.)

  • Maintains client centricity through ongoing training and assist with planning, motivating, and training store personnel

  • Helps oversee the client awareness of amenities, conveniences and programs offered by the dealership

  • Work with designated Lincoln Team to meet the needs of our clients, including personal greetings, access to loaner vehicles, lounge amenities, showroom appearance, appointment scheduling, cleanliness of vehicles, surprise-and-delight interactions and follow up calls

  • Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements

  • Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for the services recommended, communicate and get proper authorization from customers

  • Check on progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customer to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended services

  • Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer warranty guidelines

  • Confirm service appointments by telephone the day before the customer is scheduled to arrive and conduct post-repair follow up

  • Inspect vehicles prior to each customer delivery to ensure vehicles services and/or repairs are performed correctly and communicate the results with the customer


Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations

  • Luxury car experience an asset

  • Strong computer and phone skills

  • Current valid driver’s license
