Carlino, an Italian Michelin-recommended restaurant in the downtown core focusing on the rustic cuisine of Friuli, is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team at the Shangri-La. This position will also support an upcoming new-age fine dining concept located within the same space focusing on unique dishes and ingredients.

Qualifications and Key Attributes:

• Minimum 1-year previous experience in a similar role (experience with Italian cuisine is an asset)
• Strong work ethic and high standards for quality
• Team player who builds trust with colleagues and can be relied upon for their honesty and integrity
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, can-do attitude

• Superior organization skills, attention to detail and cleanliness
