Line Cook/Prep Cook Job at Fenelon Falls Brewing Co.
Our Garde manger position requires you to oversee both the cold and hot appetizers, salads and desserts on the menu. You will assist the team with prep and execution of the menu dishes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively communicate with both front of house and back of house co workers
Have a professional attitude and appearance at all times
Responsible for preparing food for service
Prep (chopping, peeling, cutting) and stocking the station
with all the necessary ingredients for service
Execute dishes with accuracy, speed, and detail; adhering to the recipes
provided by the Executive Chef
Maintain quality and freshens of products
Monitor stock and log shortages as required
Keep a clean workstation, including equipment and utensils;
understand and abide by Health & Safety standards and Food Safe requirements

Salary: $15.50-$21.50 per hour
