Position Overview:

The Production Line Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the production line equipment, ensuring that the production runs effectively and efficiently. This is a Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday position from (3:00 pm -> 11:30pm) where overtime is available if required.

Please find the key responsibilities of the Production Line Operator as follows:

• Operate and monitor production line equipment, including starting and stopping the machines, adjusting settings, and performing basic maintenance tasks.
• Monitor the quality of products and report any issues to the production supervisor.
• Identify, load, unload, and transport materials and tools to the appropriate locations.
• Following the Standard Operating Procedures and safety guidelines.
• Complete the production documentation, including batch records, production logs, and quality control reports, as required.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets.
• Other duties as assigned.

An ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocation training in food manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum of one (1) years of experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a production line operator role or similar.
• Elementary proficiency in the English language (read/speak/write/understand).
• Ability to read and interpret production documents and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or at different locations as required.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50lbs.
