We are looking for a Maintenance Analyst highly skilled in Maximo software in an industrial setting. Able to deal with multiple teams and open to being the go-to person for software-related issues.

What would you be doing?
- Lead Document Manager/Scribe for actual emergency response, updating ERP/Red Support binders.
- Administer work orders completion/reschedules/cancellations, feedback updates
- Generate report to view open Work Orders with open labour steps
- Assist with the Maximo functions, advanced equipment master data and hierarchy, PM configuration, classifications and updates.
- Deal with Invoice payment, PO invoices issues
- Work closely with the Maintenance, Operations and Technical teams to ensure processes are followed
- Responsible for KPI collection, reporting, presentation and communication for maintenance business processes & performance measures
- Basic trainer/educator of Maximo Equipment Maintenance functions, training site staff in Maximo (PM's WO's, reports, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.
Does

- Maximo proficient level is a MUST HAVE
- 3+years of professional and in-depth experience in maintenance
- Ability to work independently
- Experience coaching teams on Maximo software
- Experience dealing with multiple teams and providing technical service when required.
