Our client, a manufacture in the GTA is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic for a fantastic permanent opportunity. This role would be great for anyone with experience working in a maintenance role that enjoys a variety in their role with lots to do around a facility.

Your tasks as the Maintenance Mechanic:
- Preventative maintenance to all machinery
- Creating maintenance schedules
- Problem solve and fix any defective machinery
- Repair any mechanical issues with the machinery
- Help with installation of any new equipment
- Make sure all machines are operating safely
- Fabrication of any projects required by engineering and management
- Maintenance tasks around the facility and office
- Any other duties assigned by management
The required qualifications of the Maintenance Mechanic:
- 3+ year of experience working in a maintenance mechanic role
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Fabrication/Welding experience is a must
- Must enjoy variety work and the ability to be creative
- Driven and looking for longevity in your career
- Forklift certification would be an asset
