Job Overview

Reports to the Managing Broker and works closely with our Marketing Manager and our Office Manager to:

  • Prepare ads for print publications
  • Prepare brochures for properties for sale
  • Assemble content for email marketing and distribution
  • Manage social media strategy and posts for the company and our team of REALTORS
  • Prepare marketing material for trade shows
  • Contribute to improvements for all digital and print media
  • Cover for co-workers when needed
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required

Must Haves

  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results
  • Positive attitude
  • Advanced-level Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including editing
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritize and execute a wide variety of responsibilities
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry would be an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
