Marketing and Social Media Coordinator Job at LandQuest Realty Corporation
Job Overview
Reports to the Managing Broker and works closely with our Marketing Manager and our Office Manager to:
- Prepare ads for print publications
- Prepare brochures for properties for sale
- Assemble content for email marketing and distribution
- Manage social media strategy and posts for the company and our team of REALTORS
- Prepare marketing material for trade shows
- Contribute to improvements for all digital and print media
- Cover for co-workers when needed
- Perform other duties and special projects as required
Must Haves
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results
- Positive attitude
- Advanced-level Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including editing
- Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritize and execute a wide variety of responsibilities
- Familiarity with the real estate industry would be an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
