Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us take GROSCHE to the next level. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and assist with a variety of marketing tasks, with a particular focus on social media. You will be responsible for creating and planning engaging content for our social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Youtube, as well as nurturing brand and influencer partnerships, attending trade shows, assisting in the onboarding process for wholesale retailers and executing other marketing tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute campaigns that promote our products and brand mission
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies across all social channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, and compare to competitors to track effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Support relationships with social media influencers and other brands to develop a strong network.
  • Collaborate with the team to onboard new wholesale retailers and assist with their marketing needs
  • Update internal and external websites as needed with new products, media, and search optimized blog content
  • Support internal and external sales teams as required with sales and marketing materials, product listings and uploads
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including trade shows and product launches

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media, sales or marketing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong creative and visual skills, including the ability to create engaging content
  • Proficient in social media tools, such as Hootsuite and Canva
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Lightroom
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter who is proactive, creative and willing to learn
