The Headlines:
In the role of Master Scheduler, you will be part of the CA Supply and Service team. This role is the chief point of contact between Scheduling, Planning and the local Brewery operations and deployment teams for daily and routine matters critical to routine business function and production. Create and maintain 3 weeks of production schedules for the packaging and brewing operations within the brewery of responsibility using the most up to date production recommendations available from the Planning team.
This position reports to Manger, Supply Planning and works closely with the Supply Planners, assigned Brewery and Operations, Customer Service, Forecasting and Demand Planning teams.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the APO optimizer output to create feasible production plans, considering strategic stock policies and critical resource availability (could be plant, labour or materials), and allocate multi-sourced products to alternative lines or plants where necessary to ensure timely supply of full goods to relevant warehouses and markets and ensure overall customer fulfillment performance.
• Liaise with the National Supply Planners on the viability, quality and effectiveness of the AP solution and provide critical feedback on any changes to the AS frozen schedule. Maintain the resources, properties, classes, relationships within AS to ensure an optimal schedule is generated.
  • Identify capacity constraints using the rough-cut capacity plan and recommend solutions to address the shortfalls. Provide analytical support to AP and Operations teams for on-going business needs. Support the execution of product launches, promotional activity, contract partner initiatives, customer service levels, lead time, inventory levels and production adherence.
• Facilitate daily operations meetings to maintain a focus on Production attainment, schedule adherence and risks to supply due to execution issues as they happen. Facilitate Weekly meetings to highlight future requirements for brewery leadership and ensure key supply chain milestones and strategies are understood and achieved using the local RCCP.
  • Support S&OP processes, identifying areas of improvement.

Qualifications:
• Experience or exposure to scheduling processes within a CPG production environment
  • Knowledge of supply chain and planning processes, lead time, inventory turns, customer service etc.
  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
  • Experience effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders, management, and partners
  • Ability to act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
  • Team relationship skills, ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Strong software knowledge (Excel / MS Office, SAP, and other ERP relevant exposure)
