Elmer’s acquired a laser and two press brake machines which has increased our capabilities. To meet the growing demand for our product we are currently seeking a Material Handler. In this position you will help de-nest the parts coming off the laser, organize laser cut and machined goods into kits, and deliver kits. We are also looking for someone who loves to influence change and help improve processes to eliminate wastes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Ensuring parts & material requisitions are filled on time
• Keeping storage locations clean and organized
• Investigating discrepancies and report findings
• Assisting with inventory counts
• Organizing laser cut and machined goods into kits for welding
• De-nesting laser cut parts
• Deliver and pickup parts from other departments
• Operating a Forklift

Qualifications:

• Forklift experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong sense of ownership
• Passion for process improvement
• Reading / writing in English is a requirement – additional language skills will be considered an advantage
