We are currently hiring a Medical Spa Office Administrator. The suitable candidates must be proficient in speaking and writing both English and Chinese. They should be passionate about the beauty industry with some related working experience and/or marketing/sale skills. Bachelor's degree preferred. The Medical Spa Office Administrator will schedule appointments, check clients in/out, and create marketing ads & promotional campaigns, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in speaking and writing English and Chinese
• Marketing-related university/college degree preferred
• Knowledge of spa products and medical cosmetic procedures preferred
• Experience as a Consultant in the beauty Industry, medical clinic, or medical spa environment preferred
• Weekend availabilities preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive and proactive team culture

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Manager & Owner
• Interact directly with customers to schedule appointments, check in/out, resolve issues and ensure satisfaction with clinic services and personnel
• Create marketing ads and promotional campaigns, e.g., on social networks
• Manage daily operations of the clinic
• Supervise all clinic operations including open and close procedures, inventory management, and bank deposits
• Maintain established procedures to ensure all treatment rooms, restrooms, stock room, and reception areas are clean and organized
• Put the client first, model service and care standards at all times
