We are offering a unique opportunity for a Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to work for a well-established industry leader in digital transformation services for numerous organizations in manufacturing, professional services, financial services and healthcare and utilities, among others.

You will have a unique opportunity to be part of an established, highly-skilled, innovative and dynamic team. You will join our growing Digital Transformation and Microsoft Azure Managed Services Consulting team, to help shape the future of the customer’s business through digital transformation, modernization and optimization of their cloud-based IT and OT systems. You will also work with our Consulting Technical Delivery team to assist customers with their Microsoft Dynamics 365 infrastructure needs.

  • Work directly with our customer base and assist them with deploying and managing the Microsoft Dynamics family of products;
  • Work with customers and the internal team on developing best practices and procedures for the technical side of deployment and support;
  • Manage the cloud-based resources, including planning, licensing, security, monitoring and reporting;
  • Manage and provide a resolution to our help desk incidents;
  • Meet departmental expectations for customer satisfaction and evaluation ratings;
  • Perform miscellaneous IT-related duties as assigned.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • Basic knowledge of Windows servers;
  • Understanding of computer network topology and ability to troubleshoot basic problems;
  • Basic development skills in Microsoft PowerShell and command line scripting;
  • Knowledge of any other programming languages is a plus;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud and Microsoft Azure certification is a plus;
  • Some experience with Microsoft SQL server is a plus;
  • Quick learner, as new technology is released and existing technology is updated;
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and commitment to resolving issues promptly;
  • Strong communication skills, ability to explain requirements, relay information and work effectively with a team of professionals;
  • Comfortable with customer-facing conversations and capable of training customer personnel on technical aspects of business applications;
  • Customer service or help desk experience is preferred;
  • Effective client-facing interpersonal skills;
  • Passionate cloud technologist;
  • Innovative, creative and disciplined problem-solver;
  • Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
