We are currently looking for a* Natural Gas Scheduler* to join our Logistics team in a permanent position. Reporting to the Manager Commercial Operations – Gas Logistics, you will be responsible for executing on our gas trading team’s strategy to flow gas from supply areas to market areas across a network of pipelines in the most reliable, cost effective manner possible.
As Natural Gas Scheduler you will:

  • Nominate gas on a portfolio of pipelines across multiple scheduling cycles throughout the day;
  • Provide accurate pipeline positions relating to supply and market obligations;
  • Track storage positions and monitor for changes regarding injection and withdraw limits;
  • Ensure deliveries to facilities under our management are accurate and confirmed as needed;
  • Be responsible for accurately bidding on transportation capacity releases;
  • Reconcile gas flows in our deal capture systems;
  • Provide imbalance, purchase and sale, and consumption reports to our customers.

  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail for problem-solving and independent decision making;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • You thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment with hourly deadlines;
  • Strong communication skills to function in a team environment and to maintain rapport with customers and service providers;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and 2+ years of relevant experience is desired.
