Office Admin Job at Advantage Sport Medicine & Physiotherapy
Experienced office administrative position available for our growing physical therapy clinic. If you are friendly, outgoing, can work independently, and are interested in the medical field, come join our team!
The successful candidate will have the following qualities and skills:
- Cheerful and pleasant disposition when answering phones as well as greeting patients into the clinic.
- Provide a high-level of customer service.
- Maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
- Assist with medical documents/letters to doctors, lawyers, insurance companies.
- Reconcile accounts receivable.
- Can schedule appointments and complete payment transactions accurately.
- Working knowledge of the EMR Healthquest is an asset.
- Assist the physiotherapists with a variety to tasks.
- Clean/stock clinic rooms.
- Previous clinic experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
