Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently looking for Office Administrator who can work in Beauharnois, QC.
Pay: $21 per hour to $23 per hour
Job Type-Full Time
Location: Beauharnois, QC.
Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

DUTIES:
- E-Filing Project
- Scan files
- Sorting out CW paper and e-files.
- The first part would be to sort out the paper files and after this part is completed, the units that currently have scanned CW documents will require smart temps to sort them out into approved folder categories.
- ensure the co-worker files are arranged according to the format given on the document provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Suitable candidate MUST be bilingual in both English and French
- Highly Organized
- Must be comfortable using a computer and creating folders
- Moving documents from one folder to another
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read, speak and understand English
- Must have proven warehouse experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Sainte-Catherine, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
