Title of Position: Bookkeeper & Office Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a bookkeeper & office administrator to join our team at Asante Logistic Group Inc. This position will report directly to the Finance and Accounts Manager. This position will require the individual to be in charge of three accounts: 1) Logistics Business 2) New Agrifood Business and 3) Holding company. The main role will consist of bookkeeping duties in addition to administrative work, human resource management, costing and purchasing, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
· Process invoices/receipts.
· HST and IFTA filing.
· Monthly Bank Reconciliations
· Assist with monthly financial reporting.
· Assist with human resource management – onboarding of employees and payroll.
· Coordinate with external accountants & auditors as needed.
· Assist with other special projects and other duties as assigned.

· Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Education & Experience:
· Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting Concentration preferred *(Open to new graduates)
· Experience in administrative/accounting field will be considered an asset.
Salary Range: $40,000 – $45,000
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
