Epp Siepman Engineering is actively looking for a dynamic and skilled part-time to full-time Office Administrator (minimum 20hrs/week) to join our team. Qualifications:

· Good oral and written communication skills.

· Good interpersonal skills.

· Very strong general computer skills are essential. All systems, filing and communications are primarily paperless.

· High school diploma.

· Strong organizational, multi-tasking,

· Meticulous and detail orientated.

· Ability to write and assemble promotional materials will be considered an asset.

· Competency and proficiency with:

  • MS Word: managing style sets, formatting, documents & reports for presentation.
  • MS Excel: Data entry, formulas, conditional formatting, data manipulation.
  • MS Outlook: Managing tasks, contacts, email rules, calendars, public folders.
  • Strong typing/keyboarding skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Good customer service skills Cheerful, polite, effective & professional communication within the office and with customers and clients.

· Reception and answering incoming calls.

· Electronic information management and document control: filing, organization, integrate in office systems.

· General administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

· Provide general and administrative support of office operations and perform a range of various entry level duties as assigned.

· Data entry.

· Assist in generating promotional materials, resumes, reference projects sheets.

· Maintaining firms’ digital presence. Ideally would be involved in content creation and site/account maintenance.

Additional skills in the following areas will be considered an asset:

  • Content Creation
