We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. This is an entry level position with significant potential for long term growth.
This position will initially be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as answering phones, filing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and organizing office supplies. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent organizational skills, strong computer skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to quickly learn new tasks and concepts.
Initial responsibilities will include the following:
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain office records and filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Perform general office duties such as scanning, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
- Assist with computerized document creation.
Preference will be given to candidates with strong academic background, computer skills, and writing ability. No experience is necessary if you are otherwise an exceptional candidate. Please apply with resume.

Salary: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
