Responsabilities

- Plan and perform refuelling operations according to the standards set by Shell.

- Ensure adherence of corporate, departmental and OH&S policies and procedures.

- Motivate, train and lead fuelling team in order to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.

- Perform audits, emergency response drills, ground handling, fuelling, safety and security as required.

- Ensure that all training program programs are updated and that all employees have been successfully trained and have received the appropriate training to do their job safely.

- Ensure that all customer complaints are addressed and handled professionaly.

- Communicate changes that affect delivery of customer care.

- Ensure that all internal and Shell equipment is working and that all preventive maintenance is up to date and meets Shell standards.

- Operate all ground service equipment and refuelling vehicles.

- Plan, schedule and prioritize work schedules for self and staff.

- Determine needs for supplies and equipment.

- Participate in the hiring and training of Refuellers.

- Troubleshoot issues within the fuelling process.

- Collaborate with Base Manager and participate in day to day base activities as requested by the Base Manager. Replace Base Manager in all his normal duties as requested.

Physical requirements

- Considerable use of your arms and legs, climbing, lifting 50lbs repeatedly, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials.

- Required to work in all types of inclement weather conditions.

Qualifications/Experience

- Class 3Q or Class 1 license.

- RAIC Security Clearance and valid AVOP.

- Driver's Abstract.

- Able to supervise employees.

- First Aid and CPR an asset.

- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

- Previous experience leading and supervising a team.

- Understanding of mathematics and MS Office.

- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and executive skills.

- Professional, punctual, meticulous and diligent.
