This role requires a highly motivated individual to be responsible for and to lead the day-to-day operations and preventative maintenance of community systems. In your customer first mentality you build relationships with community customers, your colleagues, external contractors, while working closely with the Taylor Co. leadership team. You monitor and adjust all aspects of the community and community equipment to ensure customer comfort and maximum efficiency is achieved. You have responsibilities for community planning, client reporting, administration, operational & technical, expenses, budgeting, capital planning & execution, construction and sustainability. You lead customer relationships and provide support to the community administration.

You will be responsible for:

· Customer, client and colleague satisfaction.

· Prioritizing daily activities.

· Lead and assist colleagues with all aspects of community, community operations, including capital investments/projects, and recommendations to improve.

· The overall operations of community systems; (examples) including elevator, plumbing, lighting, HVAC and other mechanical equipment and electrical systems.

· Leadership around the community operations; overall community appearance, efficiency / effectiveness of contracts, construction, systems, preventive maintenance, fire & life safety, emergency management, sustainability

· Inspections and troubleshooting the HVAC system and other components as required

To succeed in this role:

· Possess one or more of the following certifications: Building Environmental Systems (BES) Operator Class 1 or/and 2 or BOMA Systems Mechanical Technician (SMT) or BOMA Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA)

· Working knowledge of Angus

· Must be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of our customers and colleagues
