PFG Glass Industries has an opportunity in the order entry / customer service department. This position is full-time and permanent, working Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm with some overtime during our busier times of the year.

In this department, you will work with a team of individuals focused on entering fax / email orders into our custom program, answering the phone and greeting guests. The order volume is high and the pace is quite fast but the team is always there to back you up.

To succeed in this role you should have:

• A minimum of one year related experience
• An above average dedication to quality and “getting it done right”
• A minimum of 50 wpm typing speed
• Extremely detailed oriented with strong data entry skills
• Excellent organizational, prioritizing skills, and time management skills
• A large portion on the data entry is numerical and an understanding of both the imperial as well as metric system would be handy
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Experience in the glass industry would definitely be an asset however we are certainly prepared to train the right individual
