The Customer Experience and Trader Support Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day departmental functions, supporting sales staff and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role provides support to Trading, Logistics, Order Processing, Operations and Accounting departments.

What we expect:

  • Sorting/organizing paperwork daily.
  • Checking, pulling and matching of sales and purchase tickets.
  • Generates sales and purchase settlement reports.
  • Analyze discrepancies and unbilled/unpaid tickets.
  • Process sales and purchase invoice adjustments/reversals as required.
  • Assists department members as required.
  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks as required.
  • Liaise with other department/customers/vendors.
  • Produce various customer/vendor reports in excel.
  • Accounts Receivable duties as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by department supervisor expect.

You have:

  • Must exhibit Triple M Metal LP Core Values of Respect, Integrity, Excellence, Team and Pride.
  • Previous experience performing accounts receivable functions (1 - 2 yrs.).
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, problem-solve and ensure accuracy (attention to detail).
  • Proven ability to demonstrate good communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient computer skills, Great Plains, MS Office suite of products.
  • Knowledge of accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures.
  • OSSD or equivalent is required.
