EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 - 5 years outside B2B sales experience required
- Experience in an agricultural, manufacturing or greenhouse industry
- Strong negotiation skills a must, and a successful closer
- Track record of over-achieving quotas
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- On-site assistance with new product installations
- Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software
- Have strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- MUST be able travel all over Canada, the US and internationally
- MUST have a valid drivers license and your own transportation
- MUST have valid passport, able to cross border and internationally
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Bachelors degree a definite asset
SALARY RANGE:
- Pays up to $75,000 depending on experience
