Knight Archer Insurance (KAI) is looking for a part-time Customer Service Specialist based in our Regina offices.

We are a full-service brokerage offering motor license issuing, personal and commercial, as well as life and group insurance. A Day in the Life:

· Welcoming all customers in a timely and courteous manner.

· Primary in-person and phone contact for all clients.

· Issuing registrations and plates to clients for vehicles.

· Issuing driver’s licences for people new to Saskatchewan.

· Processing payments by cash, debit, credit, or personal cheque on client accounts while maintaining confidentiality.

· Contacting SGI support service while maintaining a positive working relationship.

· Accurately processing and recording payment for personal insurance policies.

· Working with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, SigXP, and SGI auto fund.

· Continuously learning and keeping up-to-date with SGI training sessions and online modules.

· Collaborating with teammates and other departments in a timely and effective manner.

What You Bring to KAI:

· Exceptional communication and conflict management skills.

· Flexibility in scheduling which includes evenings and weekends (approximately 20 hrs/wk).

· Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

· Exceptional time management and multi-tasking abilities that allow you to meet tight deadlines.

· Working proficiency in English, both written and verbal (bonus points for multilingualism).

· Respectful of one’s time and the ability to work on a defined schedule—punctual.

· Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.

· Strong sense of personal ethics and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

· 1-2 years in customer service.

· Minimum grade 12 diploma, with bonus points for post-secondary work that is related to the position (office education, administration, etc.)

· Experience working in an office environment is preferred, but not necessary.

· Bonus points for additional certifications relating to any of the software mentioned.
