Under the direction of the Finance Manager, the Part-time Finance Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support including accounts payable, accounts receivable, government remittances, financial reports and payroll.

This position involves occasional contact in person and by telephone with businesses, Board Members, Executive Director, Directors, Supervisors, program staff and the general public.

The Financial Assistant will represent the agency in a manner that conveys the nature and philosophy of the organization, and has the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Hours of work will be Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Additional hours may be available with approval of the Finance Manager.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14-21 per week

Salary: $21.70-$24.73 per hour
