Part Time Support Worker (E10) Job at Residential Aide Placement Service (RAPS)
RAPS is Seeking a Part Time Support Worker to Assist an individual with Autism (E10)
Location: West Edmonton (Near West Edmonton mall)
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
Hours: 3 hours per shift *Flexibility between 9am-4pm*
Job Description: This position requires planning, scheduling, and sourcing out a variety of local activities and outings that relate to the client’s interests. Ideal candidate will be personable, outgoing, and motivated. Duties include support on outings, supervision, and companionship.
Qualifications and Other Requirements: No previous training is required however preference will be given to candidates with previous experience as a Community Support Worker (or similar). Must have a recent criminal record check with vulnerable sector. Must have either a drivers license and vehicle or be comfortable taking public transit to and from outings, must be non-smoking and fluent in English.
The ideal candidate will live in or close to the West End of Edmonton.
Rate of Pay: $20.00/ Hour
