Position Overview:

• We need to hire a qualified professional for the role of Personal Lines Insurance Agent. We are seeking a candidate who can provide quality service through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Job Duties:

• Sell and Service General Insurance Products
• Writing New Policies & up-selling Current Business.
• Making changes to existing policies and servicing the existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and proactive and effective communication.
• Develop and implement a business plan for generating new sales (incl. strategies for lead generation such as active prospecting, networking, cross-selling, etc.)
• Answers inquiries and provides accurate information about insurance products.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls with clients & insurance companies.
• Provides accurate and professional service in person, by telephone, or e-mail.
• Actively develop an increased knowledge of related insurance products and client needs.
• Understanding of policy contract wording & interpretation.
• Responds to information requests and follows established protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• License: General Level 1
• Multilingual (English, Punjabi, Hindi)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft, Outlook, Word, Excel

Experience:

• Experience in general insurance as a licensed agent or in any other role is preferred
• We are willing to provide training to a motivated and suitable candidate

Education:

• Post secondary Education (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Desirable)
