Pharmacy Assistant (Part-time) Job at Letitia Pharmacy
Independent Pharmacy in Barrie looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to work part-time. Shifts from 9am to 3pm, 3+ days a week. Working with experienced Pharmacist.
Duties and responsibilities includes:
- Intake of prescriptions and Rx processing (Fillware knowledge is preferred, but not necessary).
- Help Pharmacist to prepare prescriptions, cash out customers
- Do routine phone calls, communicate with patients on the phone to take Rx orders
- Order the necessary inventory and stock and routinely check expiry dates of stock.
What you will need to succeed as a Pharmacy Assistant:
- No experience required in Pharmacy, but candidates with such experience are preferred
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maneuver quickly and consistently for an extended period of time
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
