As a member of the Plan Sponsor Services team, the Plan Sponsor Risk Management Analyst will partner closely with internal partners and other functional areas including Legal, Distribution, IT, Operations and Data & Analytics to coordinate the receipt and management of work. The successful incumbent is accountable for request intake, review and setting internal expectations on responses.

In this role you will ensure the day -to- day flow of work is appropriately captured and monitored to facilitate timely completion and reporting, prioritizing based on your assessment of scope and urgency. Your role will have a heavy focus on teamwork and organization, anticipating issues before they happen and taking steps to mitigate challenges and address issues as they arise. You will continuously establish new, and improving existing, processes to ensure optimal efficiency as it relates to operational workflow.

Responsibilities

  • You will have responsibility for the delivery and completion of work across the Plan Sponsor Risk team and internal partners, in order to ensure the timely handling of Plan Sponsor and regulatory matters.
  • Drive continuous improvement by investigating, documenting and recommending more efficient ways to manage inquiries, complete tasks and to help streamline processes.
  • Contribute to special projects and help drive improvements and standardization across the Plan Sponsor Risk Management team
  • Develop and provide regular management reporting, including trend analysis and recommendations. In a supporting role assist with client facing contracts and responses
  • Assess all incoming inquiries and promptly escalate any complex service issues or complaints for immediate attention and resolution.
  • Coordinate review/escalation meetings with leadership and business partners, including the preparation of materials.

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role in the primary location of CAN, Ontario, Toronto, 200 Bloor Street East is expected to be between $51,525.00 CAD - $85,875.00 CAD.
