En tant que planificateur de production – logistique, vous aurez comme principaux mandats :

• Planifier et programmer les flux de production selon les délais de livraison;
• Optimiser la gestion des opérations en fonction des contraintes industrielles (horaires, temps de fabrication, assurance-qualité, bris d'équipement);
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe;
• Maximiser les ressources et s'assurer du respect des niveaux d'inventaire visés;
• Coordonner les expéditions avec les transporteurs;
• Négocier les taux de transport (cotations et évaluation des taux);
• Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Exigences :

• BAC ou DEC en administration, gestion des opérations, logistique ou tout autre domaine connexe;
• 3 à 5 années d’expérience dans des fonctions similaires;
• Expérience et connaissances en planification dans le milieu manufacturier (expérience dans l’alimentaire un atout);
• Maîtrise de la suite Office;
• Expérience et connaissance de l’export alimentaire aux USA (un atout);
• Connaissance des systèmes ERP;
• Bilingue.

Food 4 Pets Canada is looking for an experimented and skilled production planner and logistics operator. You are proactive and you have a good analytical mind? You would like to benefit from a flexible work schedule? We invite you to read our offer.

As a production planner - logistics, your main mandates will be:

• Plan and schedule production flows according to delivery deadlines;

• Optimize operations management according to industrial constraints (schedules, manufacturing times, quality assurance, equipment failure);

• Work closely with team members;

• Maximize resources and ensure compliance with targeted inventory levels;

• Coordinate shipments with carriers;

• Negotiate transportation rates (quotations and rate evaluation);

• All other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BAC or DEC in administration, operations management, logistics or any other related field;

• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar functions;

• Experience and knowledge of planning in the manufacturing environment (experience in the food industry an asset);

• Mastery of the Office suite

• Experience and knowledge of food export to the USA (an asset);

• Knowledge of ERP systems;

• Bilingual.
