We are looking for a motivated Plant Manager to join our team in Dundas, ON!

This opportunity is only available to candidates who are eligible to work in Canada, no students please.

Pay: $80k - 120k per year

Responsibilities of the Delivery Driver:

• Maintain a clean and safe plant.
• Manage production schedule.
• Schedule and conduct production meetings.
• Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping.
• Review operations and confer with administrative staff to resolve production inefficiencies
• Keep thorough documentation with regards to employees, jobs, and other applicable areas
• Perform Annual Employee Evaluations
• Provide training, mentoring and discipline to employees while enforcing corporate policies and procedures.
• Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility and/or equipment maintenance (regular and preventative) or modification.
• Maintain quality benchmarks and implement quality management procedures as needed
• Report to the President and Vice Presidents
• Lead the Health & Safety Committee

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• 3 years Previous Plant Manager experience
• Strong background in both manufacturing and machinery processes.
• Post-secondary courses/diploma/degree an asset
• Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Decision-maker who demonstrates excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Must have strong leadership, team building and mentoring skills.
• Excellent planning, multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Demonstrates flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to professionally communicate with vendors, customers, and other professionals
