Assistant to one Podiatrist sharing tasks of administration and surgery. This role is critical in managing the day to day operations, acting as the key patient liaison. Must be willing to ensure patients have a very positive experience before, during and after their visits. The candidate must be mature, friendly, outgoing, and possess a charismatic demeanor. Must have a calm people person attitude, along with patience.
Hours- 8:30 - 3:00 . Flexible 4-5 days/week. No evenings or weekends.
Salary paid bi monthly. No paid sick leave or vacation time.
Must have excellent English oral and written communication skills. Italian as a second language is an asset.
Able to multitask with handling, many phone calls, patient payments and escorting patients into treatment rooms.
This is basically a surgical practice and the candidate MUST be able to tolerate watching injections, the sight of blood and surgeries. Not for the 'faint of heart'.
