CARTRONICS POWERSPORTS is looking for organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join their team in Kingston! If you are a results-driven sales professional, and have a solid understanding of watercrafts, snowmobiles, ATVs, 3-wheel motorcycles and watercrafts, we want to hear from you! The main responsibilities and tasks of this role include: • Following the sales process (greeting, qualifying, product presentation, etc.) • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer. • Managing and growing the customer database (incoming leads, follow-up calls & emails, etc.) • Creating and managing of personal marketing strategies via Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Kijiji, etc.) • Understanding customer needs and providing them with a complete solution to any concerns, including Financing options, Product warranty, etc. • Manages customer concerns and problems in a prompt manner. • Deals with challenging situations in a professional manner. • Ensure a clean and professional-looking showroom, including effective display, organization, and cleaning of units. • Additional duties as assigned.
