Retirement Announcement
The Board of Directors of South Easthope Mutual wish to announce the upcoming retirement of
Frank Rider, after serving 20 years as our President & CEO. Frank started in the mutual system in
1986 and has been with South Easthope since June 2003.
Frank’s commitment to mutuality and service to members has always been paramount and at the
forefront of his leadership style. As a custodian of our company, Frank embraced true core mutual
values while leading the company to become even more financially sound. Frank’s dedication to
supporting and mentoring our staff and board has always been respected. We thank him for his
many contributions during his tenure and for his unwavering loyalty to the members of South
Easthope Mutual.
Frank’s hard work, dedication and commitment to excellence has earned him the respect and
admiration of us all, including those in the greater mutual community. We wish Frank all the best
as he embarks on a new chapter in his life, and we are grateful for the time he has spent with our
organization.
While we are sad to see Frank go, we look to the future and begin our search for our next
President and CEO to assume the position on July 1, 2023. We are currently seeking a talented
individual to join our team and help us continue our mission of delivering top-quality service to
our members. We believe the right candidate will bring a unique set of skills and experience that
will enhance our team and enable us to achieve continued success moving forward.
